Amazon Case Study in TWI JI Implementation
In 2013, Amazon’s North America Operations Learning Team partnered with the TWI Institute to kick off a two-year journey in TWI Job Instruction implementation across its fulfillment centers. This journey transitioned process training for tens of thousands of associates within the Packing process in 2013 and for hundreds of thousands of associates across all processes in 2014.
