About the Facilitator:

As Lean & IE Manager for Boston Scientific, Galway with over 2,500 employees I supporting the generation and implementation of Operational Excellence for campus and leasing with corporate partners to create a culture of Continuous Improvement for the Company. Looking past simple implementation of Lean tools, I focus on creating the environment for change and Continuous Improvement; utilizing Systems Thinking and Principle based approach to capture the skills and knowledge of all our employees so they can improve the work they do to deliver the company goals and objectives
