Self Motivation: The Key to Putting TWI to Work
The TWI J-Programs are elegantly simple, yet extremely powerful and most people agree they would be quite effective in their organizations. When the training’s complete, then why don’t people use them? Developing self-motivation in the trainees can help you avoid this hazard and get people to use the training they’ve received. This session will present the concept of self-motivation, how it’s applied to real world situations and how you can apply it to your TWI training so that people will use the J-Programs after the workshops are complete.
